The Newark City Council will hold a special Teleconference meeting on April 23, 2020, beginning at 6:00 p.m. This meeting is being conducted by teleconference consistent with State of California Executive Order N-29-20. The City Council Chambers will not be open. Please see the agenda for details on how the public may observe and address the Council for this meeting.
