FREE - Annual Holiday Tree Lighting
Monday, December 6, 2021 at the Newark Civic Center located at 37101 Newark Blvd. Join the fun with crafts, photo booth, cookies and hot cocoa along with entertainment by the Newark Childcare Choir, the Newark Memorial High School Cougar Choir, and the Betty Gentry Dance Team.
Activities run 6:00 pm - 6:45 pm with the tree lighting program starting at 6:45 pm.
There will also be a toy drive. Bring a new, unwrapped toy for our toy drive sponsored by the Newark Police Department and Com3unity Church. Each toy gets you a raffle ticket for a chance to win some fun prizes!
The program is put on in partnership with the Newark Recreation and Community Services Department, Newark Police Department, Washington Hospital Healthcare Systems, and the Newark Library.
