Campaign Statements
The NetFile Public Access Portal contains financial information provided by candidates and committees. It can answer questions about who is contributing money, who is receiving money and how it is being spent. There are many different forms that elected officials, candidates, and political action committees may be required to submit, depending on their campaign finance participation.
Use the Public Access Portal to research campaign contributions and expenditures, review campaign statements filed by candidates and examine a committee‘s filing history, beginning with the August 2, 2021 filing. The link to the records will take you to the NetFile Public Access Portal.
Copies of unredacted filings or previous filings may be requested under the California Public Records Act. Requests may be submitted via email to city.clerk@newark.org.
February 1, 2021 filings, pre-NetFile.
Additional information regarding Campaign Finance Reporting is available on the Fair Political Practices Commission website.
Contact the Alameda County Registrar of voters for School Board filings.
