IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

All parties are first come first serve basis. We do not hold party dates and or times. Reservations are confirmed once payment is accepted and processed by a party planner. Reservations can be booked up to six months prior but minimally at least two weeks in advance of your event date.

There are NO REFUNDS or CREDITS if your party doesn't use the full amount of guest capacity and if pool is closed due to health, safety, or unforeseen mechanical issues. No exceptions to these rules. You agree to this when booking the room.

ALL PARTY PACKAGES INCLUDE:

Use of room for 2 hours & 45 minutes. which includes (15 mins. for set-up & 15 mins. for clean-up) Entrance to Recreation Swim (hours vary) Please count all the guests you may have in your party numbers. Each of your guests is REQUIRED to have a PAID ticket to enter the party (swimming or not). All individuals in your room will be counted toward the final payment. Each room has a maximum occupancy that is strictly enforced.

HOW TO RESERVE A PARTY FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

Click on reserve park or facility
Underneath select facility, click on splash-tastic birthday party
Click check availability and reserve
Select package/room
Follow all steps to complete a reservation.

Once a reservation is made, it will be confirmed within 72 hrs.

RESERVATION TIMES:

Reservations are only accepted online 24/7. Visit our City of Newark website at www.newark.org, underneath departments at the top of the page, click on birthday party reservation to be taken to the birthday party page.

Splash-Tastic Package

Held in our Aquatic Event Room(s), allows guests direct access from the room to the pool deck. Each partition-divided room features standard size tables and chairs for up to 20 people (or book both rooms for up to 40 people)

1 ROOM: (20 GUEST MAX) $500R/$525NR for 20 guests. Includes: 5 Pizzas & 4 Two-Liter Beverages. Premium Pizza requires an additional fee (Includes $200 refundable deposit)

2 ROOMS: (40 GUEST MAX) $1000R/$1050NR for 40 guests. Includes: 10 Pizzas & 8 Two-Liter Beverages. Premium Pizza requires an additional fee (Includes $200 refundable deposit) This package requires you to book both room one and room two at the same time.

All guests (adults & children, swimming or not) are included in the final headcount. Prices are not prorated or changed if guest count is below the room capacity.
